Greetings Clients!

I’m Christopher Mayers and my aviation journey began in 1991 with my first flight departing Runway 19 from Republic Airport (KFRG) Farmingdale New York. Over the last 3 decades I have had the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience in various areas of the aviation industry. I served 8 years in the United States Air Force as a C-130 Aircraft Technician. After my service I joined Continental Airlines first as an Avionics Technician and then became a Quality Control (QC) Inspector for both our Boeing and Airbus Fleet and retired after a 20-year career.

In the early 2000s I began working as a Flight Instructor for both CFR 14 61 and CFR 14 141 flight schools. My student mix ranged from Private to ATP as well as BFR/IPC recurrency clients. I have over 6,000 hrs total time of which most were acquired through flight instructing as well as flying for both Regional and Major Airlines. In addition to instructing and evaluating at the general aviation level, I have also served as a recurrent ground school instructor, a Line Check Airman aka Check Pilot and a Simulator Instructor at my previous airline Air Wisconsin Airlines on the CRJ-200. I’m currently a First Officer for a Major Airline flying the Airbus A320/321.

My passion and dedication to the aviation community continues to soar to new heights here at BleuSky Aviation Group.
